Cancellation Policy
A. If canceled between the date of booking and 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the total amount will be charged.

B. If canceled between 6 weeks before arrival and 1 week before arrival 90% of the total amount will be charged.

C. If canceled between 1 week before arrival and the day of arrival itself the total amount will be charged.

D. At an early departure or later arrival than booked no refunds of fulfilled payments will take place.

E. Cancellations should be in writing.


Joining the cancellation fund is recommended. By joining the cancellation fund one can safeguard themselves from the cost of cancellation of accommodation/campsite, if any of the participants:

A. suddenly becomes ill or is injured as a result of an accident;

B. is confronted with a death in the family, i.e. death of a spouse, parents, parents-in-law, children, brothers or sisters.

Furthermore, this fund will compensate you for the cancellation costs if main provider of the family becomes involuntarily unemployed. Joining the cancellation fund is only possible when booking. The fund provides cover from the day of the reservation until the departure date entered by you during the reservation. Upon departure, for one of the above-mentioned reasons, refunds are made in proportion to the number of unused vacation days. In this case, you should to report the eviction of the rent installation/campsite at the reception of the campsite. Used or consumed extras are not reimbursed in the event of premature termination of the holiday. To be eligible for compensation from the cancellation fund a cancellation statement and supporting documents have to be submitted.

If canceled there will be no refund of the premium for the cancellation fund or of the booking fees. The premium is 5.5% of the total amount as well as 5 euros administration fee. These are specified as a service provided by default, but automatically expire when the amount of the cancellation fund has not been paid on the due date.
